After you make an announcement, update recent news in the side-bar.
（1）This is the side-bar for recent news.
（2）Dashboard → Appearance → Menu
（3）Select *Recent News
（4）Post → Most Recent → Choose your new post
（5）Add to Menu
（6）Drag and Drop
（7）DONE !!!
